For this syrup we curated fresh Eastern Washington blueberries within 30 miles of our kitchen. They were picked after the hot Eastern Washington sun had riped them to purple perfection. So big and juicy it seemed a shame to crush them. The end result is a slightly chunky blueberry burst of flavor that takes us right back to the hot summer days when we were picking blueberries. Shake well before use. No artificial colors or preservatives.
